Job Details
We are looking to expand our management teams across our Hertfordshire Learning Disability services and have exciting opportunities at Scheme Manager level. We have opportunities available in Hemel Hempstead and Tring.
Do you have experience at delivering consistently high quality health or social care to adults with a learning disability?
Can you lead by example, motivate and inspire others?
Are you good with people and a great communicator who is able to adapt their approach to a range of individuals?
If you are looking for your first step into management, and are self-motivated with a passion for making and sustaining positive change, and have the confidence to make difficult decisions under pressure, in order to finish each day knowing you've made a difference to people's lives - this role might be for you!
