Housing Manager

Following our recent merger and the retirement of some longstanding members of our team, we are seeking to recruit to expand our team of talented individuals, all of whom deliver services to our 500+ tenants across London and the Southeast. Supporting our community and our tenants is at the heart of what we do. If you have a skilled trades background, then you may be the perfect fit for our growing Inhouse Property Team. The team is well established and is valued by our tenants. An understanding of social housing and working with vulnerable tenant groups would be an advantage.

Our Housing Team is also seeking talented, compassionate and professional individuals who again have an understanding of vulnerable tenant groups and the challenges that they may be facing. Experience in social housing, sheltered or supported housing or a care setting is desirable. The roles are varied, and the mobile role will enable you to gain experience in all our schemes. Similarly, the role based in NW6 will provide experience within a large, sheltered housing scheme, working alongside another experienced manager.
