Thrive owns and manages 5,859 homes throughout Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire delivering much-needed accommodation for social and affordable rent, intermediate rent, leasehold, shared ownership and the private market. Our business is built around the importance of a home as the foundation that enables individuals and families to build and sustain the lives they want.
At Thrive, we pride ourselves on being innovative, adapting to the challenges of a changing environment in which our sector operates. As we strive to make the most of opportunities, we never lose sight of our social conscience and our fundamental purpose to provide quality, safe and affordable homes. For our colleagues, Thrive is a great place to work where we: challenge ourselves, deliver results, think differently, embrace diversity, share positive stories, respect our customers and colleagues and enjoy working as a team.
Our current Chief Executive retires in December 2024 and we are now looking find their replacement. It is a time of change and opportunity for Thrive and we are seeking an inspirational leader who will work collaboratively with our board and executive group to develop our future corporate plan to spearhead how we will continue to grow our business, innovate and provide excellent services for our customers. The expectations placed on housing associations, as expressed by new consumer regulation, have increased considerably. We need a leader who will ignite our social purpose balanced with our ambition to deliver innovative services for customers and local partners.
Our new Chief Executive will inspire our fantastic people and ensure that Thrive remains a brilliant service provider. You will bring commercial flair and a commitment to the role, focusing on delivering excellent services to our residents.
