JOB DESCRIPTION
About the role
We have a new opportunity for a Building Safety Administrator to join our team in Oldham on a full-time permanent basis, hybrid working available. Reporting into the Building Safety Manager you will provide a comprehensive administration and support service to the Planned and Building Safety Team.
As Building Safety Administrator, you will support the Guinness Planned and Building Safety Team by providing an efficient and prompt administrative service for all their internal processes to ensure smooth running of the programme of works.

You will not only be an experienced Building Safety Administrator, but you will also have great customer service skills and a willingness to go the extra mile to get the job done. You will also be able to demonstrate:
- Good written and oral communications and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to plan and manage multiple work assignments.
- Highly organised with the ability to work to agreed timeframes.
- IT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience using IT systems.
- Attention to detail to enable accurate recording for audit purposes.
- Demonstrates the Guinness Behaviours
