About the role
We are looking for a Sales Officer to join our growing Sales team. We aim to deliver 500 new build shared ownership homes over the next 5-years in addition to selling homes under the Right to Buy & Right to acquire Schemes, resales and disposals . Your role of Sales Officer is to be responsible for delivering an excellent, customer focused sales service across both our new housing developments and our existing housing stock.
Our ideal candidate for this role is someone who:
- Has previous experience and knowledge in marketing and sales of residential properties.
- Has knowledge of the Shared Ownership, Right to Buy and Right to Buy schemes
- Has demonstrable experience in using initiative to make decisions when working independently and within a team
- Has demonstrable experience in providing excellent customer service with good communication skills
- Full driving licence and use of their own vehicle is essential
