Job Description
About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Resales & Staircasing Officer to join our team on a permanent basis in London. Our working style is hybrid, blending working in the office and from home.
The successful applicant will provide a highly proactive and customer-focused resales and staircasing service to Guinness’s homeowners; working within Guinness policies and procedures; relevant legislation and best practice at all times. You will guide customers through all transactions in line with agreed targets and lease/contract conditions, identify and co-ordinate any necessary lease changes, including extension requests with appropriate teams.

What we’re looking for
We’re a customer-focussed organisation so we know that how we do things is just as important as what we do. So, it’s essential you have great customer service skills and a willingness to go the extra mile to get the job done.
You’ll also be able to demonstrate:
- Experience of dealing with residential conveyancing processes
- Ability to plan and re-shape processes in response to changing customer needs.
- Significant customer service experience
- Experience and understanding of working in a high-performance customer service culture
- Proven ability to manage a large and varied workload, meeting performance targets and deadlines under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and written communications
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Proven track record of working cross-functionally with external agencies and partners.
- Demonstrates the Guinness Behaviours.
Essential Qualifications:
- Level 2 Qualifications in Maths & English (GCSE grades C and above or equivalent)
