We are halfway through the final year of our corporate plan ‘Making What Matters Brilliant’ which has seen us continue to deliver strong operational and financial results in an increasingly challenging operating environment.

Our new plan will see us improve the responsiveness and accessibility of our services, greatly improve our digital offer to tenants and continue to co-create services alongside our tenants.  We will also invest nearly one billion pounds on the quality, safety and decency of our existing homes while continuing to build the new affordable family homes our region needs.

As our current Executive Director of Tenancy Services retires in July 2025 we are recruiting to find his replacement. The role will ensure that our services don’t just meet but exceed tenant expectations, that the work we do in our neighbourhoods makes a real difference and that our tenants voice is heard in every part of our organisation.

This is a critical role as we focus on truly putting the tenant at the heart of all we do.  We are looking for a strong leader, able to set a clear vision for the future which delivers best in class services for our tenants. Someone who is adept at leading people and performance across their teams; but also, able to contribute to the full running of our business. 

You will empower your teams to deliver to the highest standards.  You will gain assurance that we are delivering on our commitments and meeting tenant expectations.  Experienced at Executive level you won’t be afraid to challenge our thinking, you will be joining a high performing Executive who challenge each other’s perspectives and genuinely contribute to delivering the right outcomes for our tenants.  You will have track record of translating strategy into plans, with proven delivery of outcomes.
