About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Programme Delivery Manager, highly experienced managing and delivering planned works programmes, to join our Major Repairs and Planned Works team in West London. You will lead the operational delivery of our planned maintenance programmes to ensure we deliver a proactive approach to Asset Management striving to improve resident satisfaction and the quality of our homes.

 

As Programme Delivery Manager you will support the Major Repairs and Planned Works manager in cyclical maintenance for general needs, leasehold, and mixed tenure blocks; including utilising repair and stock investment data to optimise planning of asset investment programmes, support business planning, minimise reactive repairs and initiate stock assessments. Working closely with our planned investment partners to deliver programmes on time and within budget, supported by our surveying team and dedicated Asset Operations Coordinator.

What we’re looking for
We are a customer-focussed organisation, so we know that how we do things is just as important as what we do. You will not only be experienced managing and delivering planned works programmes, but you will also have great customer service skills and a meticulous approach, passionate about service efficiency and process improvement. You will also be able to demonstrate the below essential experience:

  • Experience of directly managing and matrix managing staff to deliver outcomes.
  • Ability to produce, interpret and manage budgets.
  • Excellent written communication skills for effective correspondence, report writing and statistical work.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills including assertiveness, listening, negotiating, and influencing skills.
  • Computer literate including the ability to use a wide range of software packages as well as the central database.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet all deadlines and key performance indicators set for the area of service.
