We are looking for a Head of Housing to lead our housing teams, deliver our Housing Strategy and contribute to our vision of making Teignbridge a great place to live and work. We have a wide range of exciting housing opportunities planned across our communities, including developing on Council owned land, delivering our adaptations service and ensuring the most vulnerable people in area have a safe place to live.
This role has arisen due to new Head roles being created to support our ambitious strategy and action plans.
You will have extensive housing experience and be a Chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Housing or equivalent.

You will be an inspirational leader with both strategic and operational experience including experience of change management, partnership working, contract management and commissioning.
