Our Chief Operating Officer retires early next year and we are now recruiting to find their replacement. The role will ensure that our services don’t just meet but exceed resident expectations, that the work we do in our communities makes a real difference and that our resident voice is heard in every part of our organisation.

Our new Executive Director of Operations will play a leading role in continuing to develop effective strategic relationships with our local authority partners, lead the delivery of our regulatory consumer objectives and in a post-merger environment make sure we have ‘one view’ of the customer as we continue to enhance our resident experience and meet the demand for digitised services.

This is a key role in our executive team, positively impacting through organisation-wide leadership and strategic planning. Our new executive will provide inspirational leadership with a focus on service excellence, continuous improvement and innovation in how we deliver tailored services to the diverse needs of our residents.
