We are one of the country’s leading supported housing landlords for people with a learning disability or autistic people. We are passionate about assisting our tenants to live their lives as they choose.
We are recruiting a Director of Development & Growth to play an integral role in Golden Lane Housing’s leadership and growth strategy.
The role will report to the Chief Executive, sit on the Executive Team, and lead a well-developed and effective development team.
You will be responsible for the strategic lead of development of new homes and marketing by designing and implementing the Development strategy agreed at Board level. This will involve continuing to develop
effective professional networks (with local Government, funding agencies and partners) that will add value to the business and establish long term strategic relationships with industry leaders to influence Housing sector debate and thinking. This role will deliver the annual capital and lease development programme.
As part of the Executive team, you will lead our positive performance culture and the delivery of our vision, values, and corporate plan.
Another responsibility of this role is developing and overseeing the delivery of our brand, communications, and marketing strategy to raise the profile of Golden Lane Housing externally and keep all internal teams engaged with the business.
We are looking for someone who has experience of housing development in supported housing and can lead our national impact
