In the Summer of 2023, we embarked on our 'Connect' programme to review the way we work to improve our homes and services and meet the evolving needs of our residents.
Our transformation programme will build an organisation fit for the future and set us up to deliver our mission: to provide and maintain homes for those that need them most.
We're looking at every aspect of our organisation to deliver an improved experience for everyone who lives in our homes. We're focused on improved housing management, housing people more quickly, improving our handling of customer enquiries, and ensuring frontline workers are more visible.
We're also reviewing how we're structured to make sure we have the right resource and the right skills in the right part of our organisation.
This brings an exciting opportunity for a Head of Asset Investment to join our team in North London and be part of something amazing as we continue on our transformational journey and deliver Clarion's annual asset investment plan.
Reporting to the Director of Asset Investment, you'll work collaboratively with various internal and external stakeholders to implement Clarion's asset strategies through the delivery of the annual asset investment plan. As part of the senior regional leadership team, you'll ensure local investment priorities are understood and delivered accordingly.
We'll look to you to take responsibility for a national remit such as national delivery of Mechanical and Engineering Investment, oversight of the Reactive Major Works team or leadership of the national commercial team.
You'll hold a degree level qualification in a property related discipline, or equivalent experience and a qualification appropriate to the role, as well as substantial general work experience in the delivery of large complex asset investment plans across multiple regions.
If you are an experienced project manager with experience of working in partnership with an open book contract cost model to deliver complex plans to high levels of customer satisfaction, on time and within budget, alongside a sound understanding of the social housing environment, then please review the full role profile before applying - Head of Asset Investment
Salaries are just the starting point. Here at Clarion we're dedicated to rewarding hard work and commitment, and providing benefits that support you and your lifestyle - dive in and find out more here
