In the Summer of 2023, we embarked on our 'Connect' programme to review the way we work to improve our homes and services and meet the evolving needs of our residents.

Our transformation programme will build an organisation fit for the future and set us up to deliver our mission: to provide and maintain homes for those that need them most.

We're looking at every aspect of our organisation to deliver an improved experience for everyone who lives in our homes. We're focused on improved housing management, housing people more quickly, improving our handling of customer enquiries, and ensuring frontline workers are more visible.

We're also reviewing how we're structured to make sure we have the right resource and the right skills in the right part of our organisation.

This brings an exciting opportunity for a Head of Integrated Performance to join our team and be part of something amazing as we continue on our transformational journey.

Reporting to our Director of Performance, Quality and Compliance, you'll be responsible for driving improvements across customer and property operations, leading teams to analyse performance information, identify issues and work with Housing Association and Business Change teams to identify and oversee delivery of improvement opportunities.

With a particular focus on Clarion neighbourhoods, we'll look to you to bring different data, insight and qualitative feedback from operational teams, residents and local stakeholders together to identify issues and solutions and drive performance improvement plans.

You'll lead the team responsible for developing and running local governance frameworks and introduce ways of working that result in relevant, improvement plans where progress can be delivered and easily reported on to a senior level.

To be successful, you'll have experience of developing and putting into practice performance management tools and matrices and of implementing ways of working that bring people together to drive results

If you are skilled in using trend and insight analysis to develop improvement plans, can use data to drive real on the ground improvements and have a good understanding of common issues facing housing association operations, then please review the full role profile before applying - Head of Integrated Performance

Salaries are just the starting point. Here at Clarion we're dedicated to rewarding hard work and commitment, and providing benefits that support you and your lifestyle - dive in and find out more here
