Do you want to be part of a dynamic and growing organisation that works to provide housing and tenancy-related support to people with additional needs?
Our designated domestic abuse services in Canterbury are hiring a Support Officer to join our dynamic and friendly team. In a nutshell, your role would be to provide an effective support service to customers with additional needs in designated services.
Your main responsibility would be to facilitate access for people with additional support needs and multiple disadvantages to Clarion's Supported Housing services. Without additional support, these individuals may not be able to be accepted into our services.
We're looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and talented individuals who are interested in building a career working for one of Europe's largest housing associations. Alongside providing general needs housing, Clarion also delivers support services to some of the most vulnerable people in society. While the role of Support Officer may be challenging at times, it is also extremely rewarding.

You'll be a valuable asset to our team, as we aim to provide the best possible support to our customers.
At Clarion, we recognise the importance of safeguarding vulnerable adults, and we expect our Support Officers to have a thorough understanding of the wider statutory and non-statutory services available to them. We're committed to providing a safe and caring environment for our customers, and we hope you share our passion for making a difference in their lives.
We welcome applications from diverse backgrounds and experiences to enrich our team. If you feel you have the qualities we're looking for we'd love to hear from you.
