Head of Leasehold and Income
Up to £103,000
Westminster is home to more than 250,000 residents and 50,000 businesses. Our diverse communities, thriving high streets, night time economy and international tourism are internationally recognised and in the heart of the city we also provide 22,000 homes to tenants and leaseholders.
This is a critical role and we're looking for a leader with a background rooted in leaseholder and income management. You will have the opportunity to shape the service and change the way we deliver leaseholder and income services, while maintaining a strong focus on resident and leaseholder engagement.
The head of service will lead and oversee the Council’s annual rental income and service charge setting, ensuring charges are accurately calculated and communicated to residents, and will bring experience of leading successful income collection while being empathetic to individual circumstances and supporting residents with benefits and debt. They will also be experienced in leaseholder consultation and engagement.
Excellent stakeholder management skills will be key and the ideal candidate will be able to work at pace to deliver the council's change ambitions.
