Head of Housing Management
Up to £103,000
Westminster is home to more than 250,000 residents and 50,000 businesses. Our diverse communities, thriving high streets, night time economy and international tourism are internationally recognised and in the heart of the city we also provide 22,000 homes to tenants and leaseholders.
We are looking for an exceptional candidate who will deliver our vision and priorities for first-class housing services in all areas from, customer service through to tailored neighbourhood management. Someone who will use their passion for delivering excellent housing services to bring to life our transformation ambitions, while ensuring that the council meets its statutory duties.
You will work closely with elected members, neighbourhood partners, and other critical council services, including Children's and Adults, and will advocate for our residents to ensure that as a Council we are focused on tackling inequalities and meeting the needs of our diverse communities.
The ideal candidate will be able to work at pace and deliver as well as and bring experience of leading at scale across a large operational workforce.
