Job Details

We are looking for an experienced, customer focussed, tenant safety professional to lead the delivery of compliance and health and safety services to our tenants and leaseholders living in our housing stock of around 5700 dwellings (of which approximately 300 are leasehold) in the borough of Charnwood.

You must be comfortable driving the operational delivery of services and will provide assurance that the Council is delivering against all relevant legislative, statutory, and regulatory obligations, and that tenants, staff, and members of the public are being kept safe.
