Job Location: Home based with link office in Croydon / Camden and regular travel across London


Hours: 36 hours per week

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Construction Delivery Manager to join our team within Latimer, the residential construction arm of Clarion Housing Group, developing homes in thriving mixed-use communities.


You'll deliver multiple projects ranging from Section 106 schemes through to large multi-tenure Joint Ventures, working closely with our contractor, developer and consultant partners to deliver these schemes. Focusing on excellence in construction delivery you will lead multifaceted teams on safety, quality, programme and commercial forecasting along with placing the "Customer" front and centre of all we do. You'll work closely and collaboratively with colleagues within the wider Development Department and the Housing Association, ensuring that projects are effectively managed in accordance with business objectives and approvals.


You'll be required to proactively manage projects and report effectively on the projects under your leadership along with meeting internal & external delivery targets, monitoring and managing project delivery risks and ensuring that health & safety and build quality meets our high standards.


We're looking to find a forward-thinking Construction / Development professional with residential construction delivery experience from both the Public and Private sector. You'll also be a competent user of Excel, MS suite, Pamwin or similar commercial appraisal packages. You'll also be comfortable producing reports and presentations with excellent presenting skills along with a track record of delivering successful construction developments, safely and to the highest standards. You'll work well promoting a Team ethos within both internal and external teams, taking the lead with a focus on action and cooperation.
