Supported Housing Manager
Permanent
Full time, 37 hours per week
Salary NS14 - £46,731 to £48,710 per annum
We are now recruiting for a Supported Housing Manager to manage our Housing with Care facilities across Newark and Sherwood.
You will bring experience of leading and managing front line services to ensure a responsive, needs led, and customer focused approach is delivered to all tenants living in a Housing with Care setting.
You will lead on the development of our extra care housing services for older people, including contributing to the overall direction and continuous improvement of the Careline service, thereby promoting and supporting independent living within the district.
Your knowledge and experience of managing and motivating dispersed teams, of project management and delivery, financial and budget management will be invaluable, as will your knowledge of legislation relating to social housing. You’ll have insight into the current issues affecting social and supported housing and the regulatory, legal and operational issues around housing management services.
