Andium Homes is Jersey’s largest landlord and principal provider of affordable rent and assisted purchase homes. Established in July 2014, the organisation has gone from strength to strength, and is now a recognised and highly regarded affordable housing provider with ambition to do more. Andium Homes is wholly-owned by the States of Jersey, represented by the Minister for Treasury and Resources acting as Guarantor. We own more than 4,900 rental properties and provide good quality, affordable housing and highly valued landlord services to more than 10,000 Islanders – 10% of Jersey’s population. In addition, we have a busy development programme, and an active programme of affordable housing sales through our Homebuy assisted purchase scheme.

Our current CEO will be retiring in the summer of 2025, after a distinguished career in the housing sector, making this a fantastic opportunity for a new CEO to build on these strong foundations, continuing to improve the lives of thousands of Islanders, providing more homes and building new communities.

We are seeking an experienced and inspirational leader who will develop and deliver Andium Homes’s long-term strategic vision, in conjunction with the Chair, Board and Jersey Government; continue our drive towards operational excellence; and proactively manage our complex stakeholder environment that includes Ministers and senior Government Officials, other elected Assembly Members, community and charitable organisations, clients and private sector partners.
