Head of Operations
We are looking for an enthusiastic expert in housing management, property management and compliance to join Harrison Housing’s Leadership Team as the Head of Operations. This could someone who is currently fulfilling this role elsewhere, or someone who specialises in one area, but is keen to broaden their skill set and take on the challenge to learn more. (NB. We would also consider a job share for this position for the right candidates – 2 x part time roles.)
Harrison Housing has been providing homes to those in need for over 150 years, and has a rich history, as well as a legacy, that we resolve to maintain. We are an Almshouse, a registered Charity, and also a registered housing provider. We own and manage 112 of our own homes, as well as providing a full management service for properties owned by other Almshouses.
Although we may not be big, we endeavor to work to the highest standards. The successful candidate will maintain, and build upon, the great work of the current incumbents, as well as helping us to deliver our recently created Corporate Plan. This is an exciting time to join us as we look forward to shaping the next decade of Harrison Housing’s history.
