Salary: £37,165 to £43,344 per annum

Location: London, Corsica Street or London, Wrights Road

Hours: 36 per week

Contract Type: Permanent

We have an amazing opportunity for a Resident Involvement Officer to join our team in North London.

You'll lead at a regional level on the promotion of the Resident Involvement strategy and support residents to engage in Clarions involvement 'offer' and supporting menu of opportunities. You'll be required to evidence, co-ordinate, facilitate and deliver exceptional RI activities for the region and nationally including support of resident-led scrutiny of services. You'll act as a consultant to teams in how RI is delivered at a local level to include training and motivating teams where necessary. Reporting on engagement, resident feedback and outcomes in line with regulation.

We're seeking someone who is confident, highly motivated, has a positive mindset and can take the lead on engagement and joint working with regional and other customer-focussed teams to enable engagement of residents. Ensuring the residents' voice is at the heart of our decision-making.

If you have excellent people skills, good analytical and report writing skills, the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands, are able to engage with and support those around you, demonstrate forward thinking and innovation to engage with residents and drive service improvement then we would love to hear from you! This is a hybrid role with a base location at one of our London offices. Candidates will have the ability to work flexibly between the office and home in line with business needs.
