Due to expansion, we are seeking a Mobile Gardener Team Leader to join our fantastic team in North London. You'll be leading a team of Gardeners and Apprentice Gardeners.

Clarion are delivering a Greater London Authority funded "Rewilding" project, and delivering Clarion's Nature Recovery Strategy; to improve biodiversity and sustainability, with reduced mowing, promoting wild flower areas, planting fruit trees, mixed native hedges and a broad range of ornamental plants, plus composting.

A key part of this role will be managerial duties; therefore, experience is required in carrying out performance reviews, monitoring team performance and identifying any training and development requirements.

Along with a background of supervising a team, the successful applicant will come from working in grounds maintenance and / or gardening. You'll ideally have knowledge of COSHH regulations and excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders to achieve required objectives.

This is a hybrid role with a base location at our offices in Corsica Street.

Candidates will be expected to work from the office, and to visit sites at least 3 days per week.

Applicants must be able to travel across the region as required.

Applicants must hold a full valid manual UK driving licence as you may be required to drive company vehicles for work use only.
